The hotel is modern with SUPPER FRIENDLY staff at the reception desk. The rooms are functional and beautifully designed, have hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast is delicious and absolutely fantastic with a great selection of food.

It was a stylish place. Exceptional service from all the useful and easygoing staff that I interacted with. The location was brilliant, not too far from The Point.

The facilities are good, the hotel is lively.
He was a little retired. The mediocre restaurant. Spa hours without children were not respected.

Unique hybrid architectural design, Health facilities open to guests, Proximity to Cardiff Bay
The carpeting in common areas definitely needs a good deep clean!!! The bathroom tiles in rooms require immediate attention for safety!!! Staff could benefit from more training to handle the high volume of guests efficiently!!!

Breakfast was okay! The staff is nice
The hotel should be managed more professionally. A four-star accommodation in this price range must not present itself as a friendly and nice hostel. The building is exciting because it was originally used for industrial purposes, but urgently needs to be refreshed and "polished".

Everything there was perfect and the staff were efficient. Food was appetising and I stayed in the executive room, it was airy. It had a bath in the tidy bathroom. The view was magnificent, the service was good. Didn't need to pay for local calls and ironing, good bonus too.

central spot for exploring cardiff's parks and landmarks
I really appreciated how close this hotel was to Cardiff Castle and Bute Park. I also found the staff pleasant and the room comfortable, perfect for a solo traveler like me. But the hotel could use some updates as rooms are starting to show signs of wear.

We had a beautiful room with a roof terrasse and stunning views over Cardiff Bay. The indoor pool area was excellent as was the breakfast and the location within easy walking distance to the shops and nightlife. Very good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.
The staff had a tendency to disappear from the bar, so it took ages to order a drink...

From the hotel a lot can be explored on foot. Bigger destinations - by car. The parking lot is not free of charge but secured. Public parking is not recommended. Parking time limited and expensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. At breakfast the used crockery is immediately cleared away. Tables cleaned after leaving and newly made. We have not used the pool or other facilities. Who travels with children will be in good hands here.
